Our Process

Inquire + Connect
The first step in our experience begins with completing our contact form, giving us the opportunity to learn a little about you and your wedding. From there, we'll arrange a private Google Meet consultation where we'll talk through your vision, your priorities, and what you're looking for in your photography and film experience. It's a chance for us to get to know each other, answer your questions, and make sure we're the right fit to document your day.

Book + Plan
Once you decide to move forward, securing your date is simple and seamless. You'll review and sign your contract, followed by a 15% non-refundable retainer, officially reserving your date with Blue Our. From there, you'll receive our thoughtfully curated Wedding Guide filled with expert tips and inspiration, along with personalized guidance as we begin planning your engagement and bridal sessions, when included in your collection. Together, we'll start shaping an experience that feels intentional from the very beginning.

Finalize + Create
About one month before your wedding, we'll schedule a Finalize Call to walk through the details that matter most—from your timeline and family portrait list to your must-have moments and the vision you have for your photographs and film. When the day arrives, we'll take that plan and bring it to life with thoughtful direction, intentional posing, and an editorial eye, while capturing the genuine emotion, movement, and personality that make the day uniquely yours. You get to be present in the moments that matter while we create the imagery you'll remember them by.
04.
Relive + Cherish
Once the celebration is over, the story continues. Within just a few days, you'll receive a selection of beautifully curated sneak peeks to relive the magic while it's still fresh. Within 4–6 weeks, your full collection of photographs and/or film will be delivered, thoughtfully edited to tell the story of your day from beginning to end. From there, we'll work together to design your bespoke album, refining every detail until it becomes a timeless heirloom you'll return to for years to come.
